PreSnap Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the PreSnap iOS application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PreSnap is an AI-powered football IQ coaching application that provides:
- Structured football lessons with progress tracking
- An AI coaching chatbot (the “Tutor”)
- A whiteboard diagramming tool with AI play analysis
- A personal playbook for saving plays and coach insights
3. Account Responsibility
- You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person; do not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code or API credentials
- Abuse the AI coaching feature to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
- Create fake accounts or share accounts between multiple users
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure
5. Subscription and Payments
Free Plan
The free plan includes access to AI coaching with a daily usage limit (currently 25 AI requests per day). Lesson content and basic features are available on the free plan.
PreSnap Pro
PreSnap Pro is a monthly subscription available via Apple In-App Purchase:
- Price: $9.99/month (subject to change with notice)
- Free trial: 7 days free for new subscribers
- Billing: Charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial period and monthly thereafter
- Cancellation: Cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Handled per Apple’s refund policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect active subscribers until their next renewal.
AI Usage Limits

6. Intellectual Property
- The App, its content, and underlying technology are owned by PreSnap and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of content you create in the App (whiteboard diagrams, custom plays, notes).
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
- Football rules, formations, and terminology are in the public domain; our specific lesson content and presentation are proprietary.
7. AI Disclaimer
The AI coaching responses are generated by Anthropic’s Claude language model. PreSnap provides the AI coaching feature as an educational tool only.
THE AI COACH IS NOT A CERTIFIED OR LICENSED FOOTBALL COACH.
AI-generated advice:
- Should not be your sole source of football coaching
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- Is not a substitute for guidance from qualified human coaches
- Is not tailored to your physical safety, medical condition, or specific playing situation
Use the AI coaching feature at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- PreSnap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
